At its core, my approach is relational. I want to understand your story from your perspective. We all have stories about ourselves and our experiences, and sometimes our narratives keep us stuck. We can explore the roots of your stories and how your experiences have shaped your narratives. From there, we can work together to help you build a greater sense of empowerment, deeper insight, and an array of tools to realize a sense of forward progress.

I believe that we each already have what it takes to grow, but sometimes we need support in reconnecting to and trusting our inner guides. I use a blend of humanistic, relational, and embodied approaches, including IFS, EMDR, and narrative therapy, to help you build insight for a greater sense of inner safety and trust.

Outside of work, I find peace and inspiration in nature, spending time with my 8-year-old beagle, Pepper, and connecting with friends. I grew up in a few small towns in central New York, worked for several years on horse farms, and spent nearly a decade working in international development in Washington, D.C. and numerous countries abroad. My prior careers gave me the chance to explore my values, needs, and passions and ultimately led me to Colorado for graduate school and a career change in counseling.
